B.C. RESOURCE ROADS – About Us
This Committee was formed to address concerns, both personal and professional, about the ramifications of Bill 30, 2008 Road Resource Act, which passed first reading in the Legislature in April of 2008. This Bill was subsequently withdrawn, likely due to the storm of protest it caused.
- To provide professional development talks and field trips for members on a monthly basis if possible
- Members generally consist of local prospectors, geologists, consultants, exploration and mining company executives, suppliers
- There are no membership fees, and anyone who attends any function is an automatic lifetime member unless they choose to relinquish it
